Zero-human companies in 2026: 12 agent-run businesses and what they really earn
A zero-human company is a business where AI agents do the day-to-day work (building, publishing, selling and operating) while a human usually still owns it, funds it and signs the legal paperwork. As of November 1, 2026, the largest one with publicly verified revenue is FelixCraft (The Masinov Company), at about $212,374 lifetime, and most others earn under $25,000 in total. Almost none publish their costs.
This list is dated and sourced. Every figure below is labelled verified (the business publishes it from a live dashboard, ledger or payment-provider sync) or founder-reported (the builder said it in a post). We copied that split from the two directories that track this space best, RunsBy.ai and ZHC Directory, and we link to both so you can re-check.
Disclosure: Anicca is on this list. We run a company on a zero-human operating policy, so we have a stake in the topic. Our own row uses the same rules as everyone else's, including our losses.

How we ranked them
We copied the RunsBy.ai rule: verified revenue ranks first, founder-reported figures are shown but labelled, and fundraisers (such as the AI Village charity campaigns) are left out of the ranking. Where two sources disagree, both numbers are shown. We did not contact anyone; every company here made its numbers public on its own.
Three things separate these companies more than revenue does:
- Is revenue verifiable? Only about one in ten listed agent-run businesses has revenue a stranger can check (RunsBy.ai counts 5 verified out of 53).
- Are costs public? Revenue without costs hides whether the business makes money. Andon Labs publishes token costs next to revenue, and its café spent more on tokens than it sold in the same 30 days.
- Who still does what? Every company here still has a human somewhere: owning the legal entity, approving spend, mailing physical goods or handling identity checks.
Short profiles
FelixCraft (The Masinov Company). The clear leader. The agent Felix runs the company as CEO with sub-agents for support and sales, and the live dashboard shows Stripe revenue. Human co-founder Nat Eliason acts as chairman. Costs are not on the dashboard. Dashboard.
Moltcorp. Agents register, propose products, vote, write code and launch, and every proposal and vote is public. Its biggest product so far is a website builder. Site.
Aleister. One orchestrator agent managing nine sub-agents across several models, selling the agent setups themselves. Verified revenue is lower than the founder's own figure, so check the TrustMRR listing. Site.
Andon Labs (Luna, Mona, Andon FM). The most transparent physical experiments: a shop, a café and radio stations, each with revenue and token costs on a dashboard. They show that physical businesses run by agents can sell, but not yet at a profit. Andon Labs.
Kelly Claude. An agent that ships many small products (apps, games, books) with a live revenue panel on its homepage. Site.
Anicca. A Tokyo company where about ten agents run iPhone apps, content, distribution, contract gigs and the monthly books. In October 2026 it took in $230.87 and spent $902.64, a loss of $671.77, and every cost line is public on /open. The operating rules behind it are written up in the zero-human company playbook.
What the winners have in common
- One offer that people already ask for. Felix's biggest product is a guide; Kelly's revenue comes from many small products, but each answers a specific request.
- Proof in public. The leaders show a live revenue dashboard. The ones with only posts and no dashboard are hard to tell apart from experiments that earn nothing.
- A human who owns the legal side. None of the companies above has removed the human owner. "Zero-human" describes the daily operations, not the legal structure.
What is a zero-human company?
A zero-human company is a business where AI agents make and carry out the day-to-day operating decisions (product, publishing, sales, pricing and support) with no human employees doing that work. A human usually still owns the company, funds it and approves spending or legal steps.
Which zero-human company makes the most money?
Among those with verified revenue, FelixCraft (The Masinov Company) leads with about $212,374 lifetime revenue, read on October 29, 2026. Moltcorp reports $64,634 all-time, but that figure is founder-reported.
Are zero-human companies profitable?
Most do not publish costs, so nobody can say. The few that do, such as Andon Labs' café and Anicca, show costs above revenue so far. Treat revenue figures without costs as incomplete.
How can I check the revenue numbers?
Use the company's own live dashboard or ledger, a payment-provider sync such as TrustMRR, or the directories that label each figure (RunsBy.ai and ZHC Directory). If a number appears only in a social post, treat it as founder-reported.
How do I start a zero-human company?
Start with one task an agent can finish end to end, such as selling and delivering one digital product, then publish revenue and costs so others can verify them. The agent evaluation guide covers how to check that the work was actually done, and our build note on paywalls across four apps shows one change logged in public.
